Package Policy:
To ensure that our riders receive the maximum benefit from our packages and to maintain scheduling efficiency, we have implemented the following policy.
Usage Period: All packages must be utilized within one month from the date of purchase. This timeframe allows for consistent progression and ensures that riders can make the most of their package by attending classes regularly.
Expiration Date: Upon purchase, your package will be assigned an expiration date, one month from the purchase date. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to schedule and attend lessons within this timeframe.
 
Class Cancellation Policy:
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, but to ensure the smooth operation of our classes and the best experience for all participants, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.
Notification Requirement: To qualify for a makeup class, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled lesson time. This allows us to make necessary adjustments to our schedules and accommodate other students.
Makeup Class Availability: If you provide the required 24 hours notice, you will be eligible to schedule a makeup class. Makeup classes must be arranged and completed within the same month that the original lessons were purchased.
Forfeiture of Class: Failure to provide the minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation will result in forfeiture of the scheduled class. No makeup class will be provided in this instance, and the session will not be refunded or rescheduled.
